New Ticketing System for AURA-Help

On Wednesday, August 28th, when you send an email to, you will receive an acknowledgement email from a new, more modern, ticketing system. The staff behind the AURA-Help desk will remain the same – only the ticketing system will change.

The AURA-Help desk will be leveraging the existing Shared Services Portal and this will allow a centralized place for any tickets with AURA-Help as well as Shared Services.
