AURA-Help Service Desk Downtime

AURA-help@uchicago.edu will be unavailable starting at noon on Dec 24 until Jan 4, due to the University Research Admin winter recess. While help desk inquiries sent during that time will ultimately be addressed, we recommend waiting to send requests and inquiries, including general questions, user additions and new sponsor requests, to aura-help until January 4th, 2021 when help desk staff has returned.
